1 lb. Jody Maroni’s Orange Garlic Cumin Sausage
1 cup feta cheese
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 egg
24 large mushroom caps

Remove sausage from casings, mix with all other ingredients. Remove stems from mushrooms. Fill mushrooms with sausage and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
