1 loaf Bridgeford frozen bread dough
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 small log of goat cheese, softened
1 lb. Yucatan Sausage
1-2 tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan

(The night before you make this, put the bread dough and sausage in the refrigerator to thaw).

Let dough rise according to package directions. Roll out into round or rectangular shape and place in pizza pan or stone. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over crust. Spread goat cheese evenly over pizza. Remove sausage form casing and brown in skillet, pour over pizza. Add sliced tomatoes and bake at 425° about 20 minutes. Add parmesan cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
