1 box Trader Joe’s Santa Fe Rice
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 lb. Hot Italian Sausage or Chicken Italian Sausage
1 tsp. butter
2 cloves garlic
favorite hot sauce

Bake then grill sausage and cut into small slices. Slice mushrooms and slice garlic; sauté in butter until lightly browned. Get rice mix simmering and add mushrooms and sausage. Add favorite hot sauce; Melinda’s XXX is good in this. Cook for normal period.
