Jody Maroni's Gourmet Sausage is made with the finest cuts of meat and poultry and the freshest ingredients. Jody hates the idea of "mystery meat" so he grinds his sausage more coarsely so that you can actually see the cilantro, apple, corn or other natural flavorings. He also foregoes MSG, nitrates and preservatives whenever possible. And, compared to most sausage on market, Jody Maroni's is lean without giving up flavor.
All of our products are flash-frozen as soon as they are manufactured. This ensures you the best possible product in your kitchen every time.
The sausages will be great for up to 6 months in your freezer in their vacuum sealed bags.
You can cook them frozen!
All sausages come four to the pound unless otherwise specified. A foodsevice case is 15 lbs (three 5 lb bags). Also available in bulk and One Pound Retail Packs.
