12.  What about advertising?

Jody Maroni's is the Home of the Haut Dog, renowned as the maker of the world's greatest sausage sandwiches, hot dogs and fries. We pride ourselves on our strong brand name and know that building recognition via advertising and promotion benefits the entire franchise network.  Most of our sites are in high visibility locations with millions of people seeing and experiencing our brand annually. You will have access to this source material and guidance to use it.  We are not currently asking our franchisees to contribute to a marketing fund, however we request that 2% of sales is allocated to promotions and marketing.
